What we do
- We review and advise on YOUR customer credit application document or draft a new customer credit application specific to YOUR business needs.
- We get YOUR insurance to approve YOUR customer credit application (this is very important for insurance purposes).
- We can run a project to get YOUR customers to submit up to date signed customer credit applications.
- Best practice is to renew signed customer credit applications every year for YOUR top ten customers and at least every three years for YOUR other customers.
- We keep a proper register of when customer credit applications need to be renewed.
- Projects such as proposed above can be tried in-house. It has been proven that this approach is not effective as in-house people are always “overworked” and do not realize the importance and urgency of such a project so there is always something more urgent for them to do. Rather outsource this function to CBSN who knows the importance and urgency of the project and that will make resources available to get it done.
